Have you checked it at 0% and 100% on the bike in question?

I believe it should be:

((vMax-vMin) x .80) + vMin

So, let's say 0% = 1.5v and 100% = 4.5v

(4.5 - 1.5) = 3 (your total range)
.80 x 3 = 2.4 (80% of your range)
1.5 + 2.4 = 3.9v @ 80%

Someone else can chime in and add more, I'm no expert on it.

You would definitely have to check the individual bike for the tps min and max, they vary.

Shane
