It's only a quote guys.
Many 'famous' people have made quotes that can upset people.
With a quick Google search i came across that he meant to say - or mean - that the Christains are not living as Christians (or the way that Christains say they live as).
The Christian crusades were incredibly violent and nasty. The Catholic priests raping young boys... We could all go on about 'how wrong' it all is. It's the world we live in.
Nothing to see here folks, move along...

What about a religion that reads there bible and lives by it? Pays taxes dosent kill people dosent steal doesnt play with little boys or get involved in politics?? How would that sound?How would the world be if all were that way.

This is going to be a bad topic to discus.shane I belive what you say for the most part that religion is a farce I dont think it takes much brain power to see the hypocrisy.Preachers teaching that god is love then saying you will burn in hell if you dont give up the cash,but it dosent mean that the truth is not there to be found.How did all this happen? big bang well thats just a joke to keep peoples minds off the real issue.what do you have to look forward to? getting old feeling worse, dying? Thats it? Is that what the plan is or is there something better? there is an explanation why things are the way they are and why the human family is in the shape its in and its very clear.

Ignore them wheelie our job is to let them know there is heaven and hell...and it's forever..they need to hear the truth that they can have heaven with respect to the saviour and if they voluntarily reject or degrade the truth the consequenses are on whoever...it will be a bad bad bad thing to spend the rest of eternity in hell...God is not mocked...even if it may seem like it...rock on in faith dude...
"He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world"....you did your job in trying to correct this world and an individual from becoming worse than it already is by your request...not your fault or actual problem...not after they know better anyways.....

Nothing bothers me more then calling catholicism christianity. That cannot be farther from the truth. All the points you guys bring up are about catholicism.
To be honest Wheelie, that quote is pretty accurate. How many christians are actually livng the life they are preaching. Should serve as a reminder more then a offense.
