zx14 clutch problem

i have hd springs and spacers. I have clutch but it gets soft after i get on it. As soon as i lower the rpms the clutch handle gets stiff as normal. I changed the seal in the slave cylinder but still having the same problem

You have air in your lines. Bleed your lines doing the following. Place a container of break fluid at the bottom of the bike with a rubber line from the nipple off the clutch housing in to the container. Open up the nut bleed. Make sure the hose is in the break fluid. Add break fluid to the top reservoir. Pump the clutch. It will get firm. Do not run out of break fluid in the top reservoir or you will introduce air to the system.
