It is made of fiberglass, and is fine for the street...but you need to run a 120/60 series front tire.

We finally got to the dragstrip today. Unfortunately I didn't have time to install the airshifter, so we knew would not get the most possible out of the bike. Not to mention that she had never ridden a 14 at the dragstrip before, and had less than 100 miles total in the saddle of the bike. We weren't too worried about it, since our main goal was just to test the bike and get her some seat time.
Still, things went pretty well. The air was very good with a DA of perhaps 500' or less. We ran the bike on 93 pump gas:
How about that mph! 158 mph on pump, footshifting. There were no gale-force winds, either. Another Bikeland guy was running his 12R, and it was running in his normal (for great air) 149-150 mph range. I think that the these 47mm throttle bodies might be helping. The 1/8th mph was not very consistent...I believe that her shift point was very near the 1/8th mile timers. The highest 1/8th mile speed for the day was 126.xx mph. Racheal also cut a .000 light today, which is always nice!
I didn't ride the bike much...I need to re-learn footshifting, lol. I did have a little fun with the 60', and turned a 1.45, which is about normal for me.
Overall, we had a great time and the bike performed well. It will be interesting to see what next year holds in store, with more seat time for her, some MR9 or MR12, and an airshifter. 
As usual, it was great to see some Bikeland regulars. In attendance were Crotchrocket, 2000redrocket, and Icarus. Everyone had fun, and went pretty fast.

Shane seems something don't add up 119 and then 158 thats 39 mph back half. I would say your 1/8 mile mph is off. the 126 /157 seems right

I've seen crazy skewed 1/8th numbers on my bike if my shift point is around the 1/8th timer. For example, I normally run 124-126 in the 1/8th and 150-152 in the 1/4. I have also run 152 mph on a 118 mph 1/8th.
Notice that she also ran 158 on a 123 1/8th....which seems a lot more reasonable. And, of course, the 126/157 you mentioned. She was somewhat slow getting in the throttle, and you can see that looking at the slips That can also impact 1/8th mph a lot, I've found.

How much are you out at MIR? I just moved to Maryland and have been racing once but now I am waiting on my leathers.

Usually we do 5-7 track days per season, at Jason Miller's Streetbike Seminars and associated events. You can usually get 20-30 passes on those days, if not more. Depends on what your clutch will take.

All of those passes were with her riding. I agree about that 4.04 330' pass...she came out stronger than usual, but then got lazy on the throttle. I told her that should have been her 9.2.

Here's a catalyst seat that would match the new bike well. Too expensive imo, but you might be able to get a better deal.
