Anyone have experience with CTS Moto Revolution Rotors?

I guess the company CTS Moto who makes the rotors recently went out of business so I got lucky and was able to track down a new front set of their rotors for the 14 with some Carbonne Lorraine Xb5k pads for a great price. Got a few days off from work and I 'm thinking about putting them on. They are great looking pieces IMO. Anyone ever use them? Thanks

stumbled upon them on another forum. Got them for $375 with a full new set of Carbonne Lorraine XB5K brake pads which I guess are the recommended pads from the manufacturer. they will be on soon. hope they function as well as the stock setup

i dont understand why they make soooo many slots in them...your loosing surface contact at that point. that doesnt play a role in trying to stop?

I dont believe these are of "race" quality, more for sweet looks and simple street riding -- they would definitely cool down a lot easier than stockers, so that would be one benefit -- wonder how well they'll withstand hard braking and possible warpage??

Supposidly they are on par with galfer superbike rotors. They are very high quality and USA made pieces. Time will tell, gotta get them installed.

Nice........get 'em on, get 'em seated with the pads then take her up to 150+ and grab a fistfull o' front brake.........if they're comparable to galfer's, you'll stop before you go!!

Took the front rim off and removed the stock rotors. Realized I didn't have any high temp locktite so I will have to put the them back on tomorrow after work after I pick up some locktite. Laid the rotor on the rim and it looks pretty cool.

What do they weigh? Just curious...do they feel lighter than stock?

Shit Shane already mounted the rotors on the wheel. They feel similar in weight to the stock rotors. Ill see if I can weigh the whole whee/tire/rotors for you. Not mounted on bike yet.

Finally got the front wheel on with the new rotors and pads. Put about 100 miles on the rotors and new pads and they feel as good braking wise as the stock setup. Seem to be getting better as the new pads break in.

Thanks eklipse, I got about 150 miles on them so far and the braking keeps improving with mileage.
