The secondary fan is on hold now since the OEM fan i bought off eBay wouldn't work. I pop riveted 2 mounting brackets to my radiator ( the top middle bracket is used for both fans), i couldn't weld them on since the radiator is aluminum and i don't really know anything about welding aluminum and my welder isn't set up for it. The bracket that the fan screws to i cut apart and did some swapping around so the fans would be even and not both angled to the right. Now all i need to do is order another fan install it and wire it up to my toggle and battery.

I had to put the baffle back in my exhaust since it was way to loud for street use, ill probably pull it out for drag racing and the Texas Mile.

The Bazzaz is hooked up and im still working on wiring in the datalogger.

While i have it apart i decided to take the rubber boot off the engine.

I fabricated a mount for a toggle switch and gauge. I also forgot to mention i installed a PMR killswitch.

Brock's street meg doesn't come with a o2 sensor bung already welded in, that was pretty disappointing.

I will also be installing heavy duty clutch springs since the clutch was slipping alot last time i was at the drag strip

if you slam the bike the first time you do a good wheelie and come down, the oil plug will go up into the oil pan and all the oil is going to hit the rear tire. dont let us hear of you finsing out the hard way like a lot of us did.

YND you need to use a relay in your 2nd fan wiring circut so the switch doesn't carry the fans amp draw, cost about 5 bucks.

the 2nd fan on my concourse makes it deal with FL heat sooo much better than my Zx14 did.

but the Zx14 still never overheated, just worked harder to stay cool.

Last year a complete fan assembly was less than $200.00 Ron Ayers.

Price one now ........over $400.00 for a Fan assembly 2007 ZX-14. Radiator is now $600.00 WTF

Glad I purchased a like new Rad and fan complete last year..... $150.00 TMD.

On my 14, I dropped it 3 inches and stretched it 7 inches for dragracing. After a few trips to the track, the undertail had a hole chewed through it. The rearend squated so much it rubbed a hole in it.
