Does anyone know why they picked Kennadale instead of a 1/4 mile track? Not criticizing just asking?

the 1/4 mile track will not have a night race, cost to much for lighting, Kennedale doesn't care about the lights, this track is close to Funky Town, and just a few minutes from Dallas

Yep Ft. Worth is funky town. I've heard it called Cowtown too though.

That song was funny. Maybe it's the heat and the beer. :-) our A/C was out all day. Had to be repaired,
blower motor burned up. Repair man left about 2 hours ago. Just now cooling off.

the race is saturday .. there is a test and tune friday nite .. but unless you have a NHRA license you'll only get 1 pass under 9.99 @120mph and then booted out
