sorry about that guys, I assume everybody can read my mind and should know what Iam talking about. Theres nothing custom about mine, My pistons are off the shelf drop in turbo pistons, stock rods and everything else I ordered thru schnitz pretty much. This is my first turbo 14 and Iam pretty happy with everything so far. Until I read some of you guys times and hp and 60 ft times and I start thinkin what the hell am I doin wrong. I just tell myself its the diff in sea level, and tracks, and what ever else I can think of as an excuse.LOL

On hold. I haven't even seen my bike for a month. It's in the garage fully stripped. I'm starting a new Finance business and I've been accumulating the required licenses over the past 2 months...... 50 hours of studying per week is much for difficult then 50 hours of working....

when I first built my old school kaw, I had a supercharger on it. It had a belt drive off the clutch. Made 12# of boost ALL the time. didnt take me long to change to a turbo setup. the supercharger looked real cool but the turbo is alot more streetable..

Did you ever dyno it again? When are you going to post up all the pics? I'm interested in seeing how you mounted the external gate.

I had a guy drop off his bike last night for me to put a turbo on. I am going to use the same kit, turbo, wastegate everything like I did on mine. This time I will take more detailed pics as I go.

I wouldnt boost it at all untill you get it mapped. doesnt take but a few seconds to lean out and then your building a motor. what map do you have in it now? and how much fuel pressure are you running?
