all of the info can be found in shane661's build thread, but here's the skinny...
The rear wheel is a direct swap by just putting the zx14 cush drive and sprocket on the 12 wheel. (pull it out of the 14 wheel and plug it into the 12)
The front wheel is a no go, but you can put an 06/07 zx6r front wheel on without changing anything. Both are lighter than stock, but i don't remember the specs right now.
