Advancing Cams for more low & midrange
Would it be possible to advance the cams? Any ideas on how to do it? I ride two up and could use more torque.

Pretty sure there's timing advance kits available aftermarket.........others here have talked about them. Personally, my 14 isn't equipped with it........but, I had the cams degreed on my 97 Yamaha track bike years ago, but it had fixed timing so was basically my only option at the time.......your best bet for better low/mid is to go with an aftermarket exhaust and add a power commander just before you pull the 2ndary flies! Then your passenger will need a harness to hang on to you

You could move them to 102 102 and may pick up some mid range . Becarefull to ckeck PTV clearance in the intake because that will move intake valve closer the piston.. It will also spike compression at a lower rpm and you may need 93 octane so not to have spark knock ..

Install a 16 tooth front sprocket from a Kawasaki Zypher from your dealer.
It will make a big diffference and cost is minimal.

+1 You will be happy. Slotting cam gears and changing lob centers is a PIA. That only
someoe with experience should try.
