Finally made it to the track
It was a 1/8th mile in Clarksville, Tn
I ran my brother over 10 times on test and tune night, he was on his busa with Gsxr 1000 ram air box tube outlets, ram air seals, Brocks ultra clutch mod, Brocks AH, and Bazzaz Z-FI tuned by johnny cheese. My bikes all stock except a +2 rear sprocket. He was winning about 2 outta 3 times
My best time, a 6.99
My brothers best time, a 6.78

Congrats ! FYI , This will really help you son. . Lay down on the tank and you'll get him everytime. Take off on the 3rd yellow !
Dont let off the gas, get it wide open ASAP and shift @ 10,000 rpm : ) You'll see : )

Alright, thanks for the advise!
I was leaving on the 3rd yellow, but just trying out laying on the tank a few times and sitting up more some but wasn't really seeing a pattern. Shifting at about 10,800

Well I'm a catastrophe insurance adjuster so spend alot of time out of town working, i just kinda follow the storms

Looks like you had fun. That's all that matters. You'll end up making some changes if you want to go quicker. But seat time is the best thing for you right now...keep having fun!

Were working all day everyday to try and finish up and get home in the next few days, would have been fun it we could have ran each other at the drag strip.
