akrapovic full system question?

Is anyone running the akrapovic four into one full system for the street? what are your thoughts on the system? Is there another system thats more oem in terms of how loud the system is?

Fasterspider has one on his cbr1100xx blackbird.
It sounds sweet at full song and pretty quiet at cruise.
I don't know if that's the same story on the 14 though

I have that system on the 14.
At idle, it's about as quiet as stock (with the supplied Db killer in).
With it out, it is louder but sounds nice & deep at idle....screams at high RPM.
I waffle between running with the Db killer in and out. It's a 5 HP difference, by the way.

I have an Akra on my 12...not loud at all, nice throaty deep tone which is not offensive on the highway...

I have a Muzzobrcokit............. trying a Gen II street smart map, flies out TRE 006a

on my M14. Man the M14 Muzzy map is really close to this map. Ditto on the Cycle Werks custom map made here. Over layed about 9 different maps from 5 different tuners.

Sold my Bazzaz, wanted a new camera for videos of Lucky spanking you this summer.

Yup, carbon can, as you can see.
At highway speed it is STILL about the same as stock with Db killer in.
Amazingly subdued.

Good lookin 14. Exhaust looks good. Keep the CF packed. It takes a lotof miles but CF silencers that have the mat wrap burned out will discolor and get breiitle. Cracks around the rivet/screw holes will start.

Doesn't look good on a 14 IMO.

On that guys gixxer it looks sweet just not liking the looks on the 14. Not being a Brocks fanboy but they honestly look better on a 14. My alienhead transformed my bike. Akrapovic is a quality exhaust.
