Some people will twist it all up just to stir controversy. I personally base a lot of what i believe on post count here. Dubious Smokin 4hane and others that have put in work here have my respect and trust. If for example Smokin says the wynns injector cleener works and make 3 hp across the board I believe him, because he has prover his cred to many times. Hope I didn't offend Six that was not my intention at all.

Basically, the general rule of thumb is not to post negative feedback on a product without contacting the vendor first. Sometimes the product is defective, or the app or install is wrong.
I am not casting judgement, as this rule of thumb was not obvious to me...and I managed to alienate a major vendor.
Vendors don't like when you post online before contacting them. It paints their product as one with issues, when the reality may be that the individual product is defective. The vendor depends on sales to survive.
I use a battery of similar design, without issue. The technology is solid.

I wasn't lookin for a fight, just an opportunity to make it right, and since it was already publicised, even when the product was not used as intended, I wanted to refund and end the foolishness.
