Any zx14s going to Atco race track on the 22 ?
Atco drag strip is having an all bike night 4/22 ... Imfastoo with his Vmax will be there to race any stock wheel base zx14 , busa or 1000 .. He claims no stock wheel base zx14s has ever run in the 9s .. He also claims he has never lost a race to a zx14 busa or 1000 at stock wheel base at Atco raceway ..

You got to be kidding me. I take it the only site those vmax guys visit is starmax. I'm 215 fricking lbs and can run low 9's. and if they start saying stock bike well I went 9.89 on my Busa with just a strap. some guys just don't get it.

I believe that according imfasttoo, a lowering strap is not allowed. At least, that used to be the case...you know, it's an "unfair" racing mod.

all vmax guys are that way there is a guy here in town that swore up an down that the vmax is the fastest bike he has owned a bunch of them and he just recently purchsed a turbo charged busa and told me he was like i never knew these bikes were this fast i was like ive been trying to tell you that for years but he is one of those guys that has the fastest everything but wont every race anyone

We have a guy that shows up to our track on a VMax always talking about what someone else has done and blah blah blah. But he still hasn't beaten me on my stock wheelbase, stock height ZRX1200.

I went 9.62 with a stock zx14 ... Well i did have strap ... the "unfair" racing mod...

atco is my home track i grew up there watching my dad race and still current attend events there. with that said i was at the bike nite this time last year and saw with my own eyes some guy pull a gun and fire three shots at someone. they were not hit but those bullets had to go some where. i dont think anyone was hurt but i was there with children and just got them out of there. so i didnt stick around to find out. i havent been to a bike nite since.

moses, i was there as well that night. figured that'd be the end of all bike nights but i think it's good they kept the program.
i've been to some others and no problems.
i remember running into imfastoo last year after his jockey pulled a nine on the vmax. at the time i didn't know who he was but seemed personable and wasn't talking any trash. i think i was the only stock length 14 there that night, actually bone stock for that matter. he asked what i was running and i told him only low 10's but i was a total newb at the whole bike drag thing. probably had all of 25 passes under my belt. did manage a couple 10.20's which i'm sure woulda covered imfastoo's times at the time. sadly, being 6'6" just isn't conducive to good launches and foot shifting so i "cheated" with all the basic bolt ons, strap low, long, co2 for this year.
i should be there 4/22 but i guess no lining up against the max with the cheats on my bike. i don't know what he runs now but i have been 9.60's so far with no pipe and stock tune.
