I do not have the manual..Where is the fuse panel on the 14..Thank's

Got the small manual on flebay for $10.00 for my 2007. There is a Shop Book on line here.

I put a new battery in my 14 as the old one went bad this winter..Will not crank or do anything..Tried the new battery on another bike worked fine..The fuses under the seat are fine..Is there a main fuse as I am wondering if it is blowed..Thank's

Could be the starter solenoid by the battery ..
