Chile earthquake Kikon zx-14
Isn't it Kikon zx-14 from Chile? I'm sure he won't be communicating anytime soon but prayers go out to him and his family.

My Dear Friends,
I can't express my Family and my own gratitude for the messages you've posted and the prays you sent us.
It was the scariest experience I've ever lived (not because of me, but because of my Kid and Wife). The house shaked so bad and it was endlessly long (almost 3 minutes!!! ) I thougt the house was going to fall over us. All we could do was to hug each other and pray for the thing to end.
Thank God we did it safe and sound, and the house hold it good. Only few things fell down and got broken. My swimming pool lost almost 10 inches of water caused by the "shaking". The terrace was flooded!
My fellow Chileans are facing a VERY difficult time. The official dead toll is close to 750 people, but off the record I've learned that it is already double, and the number of missing people is uncertain. The country's infrastructure was hit awfully bad, and many towns and villages in the south looks like war zones with 80-95% of the buildings-houses reduced to rubble. Several coastal villages were literally wiped out because of the tsunami that followed the earthquake. Riots and vandalism is already rised in southern cities and even few in Santiago, caused by the lack of food and fuel. Many cities and counties doesn't have water, power, natural gas or telephone lines working. Of course I feel that we need the police and military to shoot a few delincuents dead (because stealing LCD's or bikes got nothing to do with famishing).
Hugs to ALL, and thanks again, and again for your support. It's more than welcome and deeply appreciated in moments like this.
David
P.S.: Only today we got the phone lines back and so did internet.
