UPS Sucks Ass
Avoid UPS like the plague. They are horrible and their claim of being one of the top shipping companies in the world is laughable.
I purchased a part from a board member and he shipped the item out right away. This has nothing to do with him as he was more than helpful in all this.
UPS has managed to misdirect the shipment in and out of Canada and the US several times over a several week time frame.

That is crazy... Here fed ex sucks!!! I have known our ups driver for many years. Guess were just lucky

I have had pretty good luck with both but I prefer USPS. USPS ships all of thier priority mail packages via FED EX which includes Saturday delivery. USPS is also half the price of both UPS and FED EX. It sucks about your raw deal but I personally have had good luck with all of them. Its that damn border that got them all messed up...

What's the problem? Looks like it was held up in customs for the most part. Had the same thing happen using USPS shipping to oversea's many times. At least UPS has good tracking. The brokerage fee has nothing to do with UPS. You will have that with any shipping company.

No, ups really does suck anus.
I have had similar problems, also doube billing me, IO always get a bill in the mail, after I ahve already paid.... no money no deliver is their procedure, but then I always get second bill in the mail, and phone calls etc.
Their service sucks bad, then to charge brokerage on shit that doesn't need customs brokerage due to the free trade act, its a big scam.
I don't deal with anyone who is stuck on UPS. I can't afford to.

They all have been sucking lately hearing a lot of complaints on forums USP has had many high dollar packages go MIA someone just posted a 700.00 lose on a local forum.
Tracking, ins , any more for me. Yes at least UPS has good tracking

should have bought the 5 dollar insurance lol. I always ship USPS and it's far faster and more reliable for me than ups has been. California to texas takes 2 days.

UPS to/from canada blows... they are morons. FEDEX has no issues. UPS even fucked up an overnight banner sent from Redelk for this site - paid for overnight - came 1 week late and missed the event. after complaining found out that ups did not do overnight to the location we shipped it too, but still charged us for "first priority" anyways.
 UPS they suck ass.

never had a problem with UPS. Can't count how many times I've shipped;/received stuff from them.
One issue does not make an entire company suck ass. It's like saying one minor breakdown on your bike equats that Kawasaki sucks ass.

yep they got my bitch note.. hang in there H...shipped on the 6th from Seattle..to illinois then to canada..no problem ..right? hell no! back to Illinois then back to fucking Seattle?...back to illinois... Hi were UPS and we suck. we think 21 days isnt bad..I mean hell...we suck what do you expect? we said it was "in transit", what's your problem? We'll drive it all over at 8 MPG.... oh yea..we flew it a little too..were union

USPS from Arizona to Australia in 4 days for $9!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ups and Fedex wanted $85 or more and 7 to 10 days.
"If it fits it ships anywhere in the US". It's always worked for me.
It used to be the post office was the joke...
Sent a welder to my brother in Atlanta from Phoenix by UPS. It was hilarious watching the tracking on this thing. It got to Atlanta just fine and then went back and forth between Atlanta and various cities in Florida 7 times, before finally making it. I wished I was collecting frequent flier miles.
I got a $5000.00 vacuum pump from FedEx. With the driver present we opened the damaged package and it was broken in half!!!!!!!!!!. FedEx didn't see a problem with that and I never recovered a dime.
