No, they are steel and weigh nearly 1 lb. each. Only the spacers are aluminum.

These are Very HD, I assure you of that. The center section is solid and very heavy. All steel. I've used them on three bikes we have here.

I use Soupy's links +10 arm no problems. I think something else will brake before they do.
