I heat cycled my bike many times and it never went away. I do not ride it on the street so maybe thats why it builds up the condensation. I am worried about my head gasket though ever since I got my stroker motor put in!

Yep my bike had been sitting for months in the garage without running and I got the white condensation too. Did it last winter also and everything was fine when the bike was fired up and got nice and hot after starting it for the beginning of the season.

Burning coolant will show up as white smoke out the exhaust, and also the top of the pistons will look like someone took them out and clean them for you, especially if the problem is long term.

Last time at the track was 3 weeks ago. While at the track a guy came up to me and said that water was coming out of my exhaust. I thought to myself no big deal just the humidity here in Florida. After I got home that night my sight glass was foggy and white. I drained my oil today and it look ok. I took off my clutch cover and this is what I saw. Do think it could be built up condensation? Or worse a slow leak on my head gasket? I took off my reed valve covers today and one of them was full of moisture as well. Thoughts????

I have a little of the same thing. No H2O loss/leak. I believe condensation. I'm keeping my eye on it.
