Damn 20psi how much power does that thing make?

With 6 degrees of timing pulled, really fat (around 11.4:1), it makes a bit over 300 hp sae.

We could get 330+ out of it by adding some timing and going a little leaner. It was just set up very soft to last. The bike went 8.80's at 165 on stock wheelbase.

we are going to be tuning mine this week a 6# tune and a 10# tune no timing pulled and e85 the tuner says we will set it for around 10.8-11.0 on the AFRs he says thats where E85 works best at so were hoping for 310-320 (should be around 250hp actual) on the 10# tune and around 250-260 (200hp actual) on 6# im not chasing numbers what it makes on 10# is what it makes, i want to see how long a stock motor will last at 8000' elevation with boost

would anyone happen to have any feedback on the "mild" regrind cams from zxzone.com?

i believe these are webcams, are the only ones that say you dont need pistons. would there be a possible clearance issue with any internals running these? or just throw in some stiffer springs as well? seems like a cheaper alternative to those that just want a little performance bump

The drop-in 14 cams measure like this:

Lift in/ex 360/.335
Duration @ .050" 244°/238°

You can see that they are not much more aggressive than stock:

Lift in/ex 357/.336
Duration @ .050" 244°/233°

I've been told they are not worth changing. As far as clearance, I was told that as long as I used the stock headgasket I would be ok. But anyone doing this mod should be checking clearances.

Im guessing the big cams would just require a bigger CLs to maintain proper clearance with stock components. you should allways check PTV when putting in cams or changing anything like that
