I've been told I could run 60 on C16 or Q16 with no timing pulled, but not sure which plugs to run

I was told I could run a 50dry on 93 pump, stock timing, nos mini,2.5sec ramp, stiffer vavle springs,cr10ek plugs, adams spray bar, +17% fuel added at WOT. What do you guys think of that?
Also, due to the fact the head has to come off, I was think of going with a thiner head gasket, as I will be street riding around on 93 pump?
