The only the bike needs is an aftermarket exhaust. The bike sounded ok but the stock exhaust is quiet! What do you boys rec'd? Do I need to reprogram the ECU with just some slip ons?

Computer is fine with just slip-ons, or full exhaust for that matter. Research "pulling the flies," and you'll understand why a power commander can benefit you. Congrats on the bike. Every other bike will now feel like a slug in comparison.

For a street bike, my favorite has been a Ti-Force. You can get a rebadeged ti-force from orient express for a great deal. Read my review here.....

On the exhaust you will hear every opinion in here. Most of us will say brocks because we dragrace and want every bit of power we can get, also his customer service. There are a lot of great exhaust out there, just your preference.

That's too much for a zx14 with 15000 miles.

Yikes really?................ I mean really?? These things depreciate that quickly, thats horrible. I wouldn't take less than $7500 for my 07 with 23,600 miles on the clock.. Well I guess I'll just have to ride all the value out of it.

I'm married, so that has a lot to do with it, but it is what it is. I paid it off yesterday, so if they ever raise my insurance I'll just turn it into a track only bike lol.
