Macintosh Swingarm

I ordered my ProStreet Macintosh swingarm today. I ordered the 62"-66" arm. I was really interested in the Coby Adams Chromoly arm which is basically the same as the Macintosh. He said this arm with no underbracing can handle up to 500hp. The guy at Macintosh was SUPER SUPER cool and very easy to deal with. I really enjoyed my conversation with him. With that being said the reason that I did not go with a Coby arm was because when I called Schnitz the tech guy whose name I wont mention acted like I was bothering him. Little to his knowledge I was ready to buy! I am sure that Schnitz is a fortune 500 company and can afford to give poor customer service. LOL When I called Macintosh I was treated like a king he got my money. I can't wait to until it comes in and I will post pictures when it does. The arm was $825 plus powder coating and another cool thing is that the actual arm is the air tank so no need for the ugly air tank any more.

Terry is one of if not the best in the business! His products are second to none and his service is always awsome. You won't be sorry you went with the Mac arm.

Congrats! I want one. Put it on my wish list this year...
I see I'm not the only one that has had HORRIBLE customer service with Schnitz. I hear how good of a guy Ryan is, but when you call your not talking to Ryan. I refuse to order anything from them.

it was $125 to powder coat. They have to call me back with the shipping cost once its ready. I assume like $50.00 to ship which would put it at $1k

I'm not too worried about a pound or two, but I am trying to plan my changes out. I will need the bracing for LSR, so I know it will add weight as well. The rear axle will be about 1 lb. heavier than the stock one, if I recall. It's a stout piece!

Other than Schnitz who else may have this socket? Schnitz wants 64.99 and I can't find anyone else that sells it. I tried Tucker Rocky and Cycle Gear.
