7. Honda CBR100RR
8. KTM RC8R
9. Ducati 1198
Not placed - Suzuki GSX 1000 becasue it developed a problem before it could be tested.

repost but good stuff.
did anyone doubt the long wheelbase 1400 would not win the straightline shootout? Its been the case since back when I owned my '06 and the shootouts on it started

187 mph not that impressive over the litre bikes considering the displacement advantage with 350+ more cc but it one this shootout a win is win!
The busa was behind by 1mph

because suzuki actually followed the 186 mph treaty lol. I wonder what will the bikes actually trap unrestricted with enough room to stretch all the way out. mid 190ish?

I was incorrect on the busa it was over 2mph and in 3rd place. Below is from the magazine .
Does anyone else notice the acceleration times are always slower by a considerable margin on the U.K. mag road tests while making more "reported" hp than the same U.S. models?
