No tps

I fired up my 14 last night to see if I could find why I still have a flat spot below 3 grand.with the lap top running the dyno jet program the tps number didnt show up till about 4 grand. The bike was cold im not sure if this matters.Does this explain why I have a flat spot even though I have had two diffrent maps with the same results?I didnt have this problem till I plugged the pc in what could have changed the tps??
