Schnitz has gone up on their oem clutch pack price. It is well over $200 now. Muzzy still shows them for $179.

I just ordered a stock clutch pack from Schnitz $179.99. It was on back order as well and it came in a sealed Muzzys box. Try Muzzys just for shits and giggles. Don't use someone elses non OE crap.

nooby if your talking about cycle concepts you don't have a clue what your saying. there not crap at all. pretty sure there the same as oem he just picks and choses the plates and fibers to get a perfect stack height every time you order one. had 195 passes on mine before putting a new one in just because I was going to my last race and was in the points hunt. still good and but it will go another 100 runs. how many runs you getting from OEM? rember I'm over 230 suited and getting this clutch life. but hey if you don't want to try them that's up to you. I won't use anything else as will the other 5 bikes that get loaded in the same trailer. i mean any reason why cycle concepts can't be selling you the same thing Muzzy's is. is Muzzy's getting them striaght from kawasaki or the supplier that sells to kawasaki?

The Cycle Concepts are good clutches. I get 150 passes out of them without warping the steels. They are specially manufactured for Cycle Concepts, steels too. For $155, it is a great clutch set.

Their website is showing $239 for a set. When did you order them?

The OE clutches seem to work great for me. I have heard bad stuff about non OE clutches. I just think the OE's work so good why change? To each his own though.

I got HUNDREDS out of oem clutches. I burnt my first clutch up in 06 after 40 something passes (was running kawi oil) and since I switched to synthetic and *knock on wood* I haven't burned a clutch up since. To take a guess I'd say 300-400 passes out of my clutch on my 06. I have ab 100 passes on my bike now, no problems. I think I would stay with the oem clutches as well. Just my $.02

i got 15k and 250 passes out of my stock clutches and they were still "serviceable" by factory specs. I was losing some mph because of them though.

I have been using oem and the cycle concepts. They feel the exact same but the cy con seem to be a little tougher when hot lapping. I never wanted to use anything but oem but one time when I fried a set, 06red talked me into trying the cycle concepts since nobody had any oem in stock. No regrets whatsoever. To your door in 2-3 days for $170. Not a bad deal at all.

I have heard and seen nothing but good things with the DRAGPACK that cycle concepts sells. They may have had their issues in the beginning but who doesn't. Good Product.
