ZX14 stroker
I am strongly considering putting together a 4mm stroker with stock bore, I am asking for input on which way to go (1) stock piston pin location with short rod. OR (2) stock rod lenght with piston pin location rasie .080" . Any feedback would be greatly appreciate from the Bikeland community.

Keep the stock rod .... Shorter rods put more load in the cyl walls .. It will work with shorter rods but i rather have the longest rod possible ..

4 mill stroke done right will live as long as a stock motor .. The busa uses more stroke than a zx14 and has no problems ... A 454 doesn't have clue that it's bigger than a 327 .. Think about it ...
