Best used bike you can buy is one that works and has no problems. That was an odd question.
Best mods are pipe, pc, and gearing. I like 16-43 gearing. Stock is 17-41.

Any ad that states their bike doing 200+ w/out showing the proof or the mods to do it means it's created by a lying toolbag. I'd instantly ignore the add unless it has a turbo on it.

I heard that the guy who bought it scared himself after going 385 mph and accidentally flying though the sky like on et.
