Muzzy block off kit

What kind of smog does the 09 california 14 have that the other bikes do not have?Can the smog parts be removed or is the better choice to just install the block off kit to control the popping after the mods??

Install the block off plates ~ gut the cat in the header (if you wanna keep the stock exhust)

I have slip ons on the way and a pc coming when it gets here i will remove the flys thats why im wondering if i can or should remove the system if thats possible?

it makes changing the plugs a lot easier with it removed.

+1 on changing plugs does not take care of popping on decel.
