To late, the guy in the picture has already tested them, he started out with a Alien Head, went to the CT and picked up .10 and now he's running the short CT Meg for another .04 gain so far and I think a new E.T record for the class, the new pipe works

.14 in same day, same bike testing? So I should go from 9.0's to mid 8.8's just from swapping my shortmeg header for a CT? Somehow I doubt that will be the case. I have measured the two exhausts and the differences are subtle...it takes a significant hp change to net a .14 change in ET.
I talked to Brock's yesterday and I was told that the new exahust is not yet available.

I talked with him and he said it is available and yes the same bike tested the pipes, it's the one in the picture Rickey is riding, I have a copy of the slip, as Brock maybe he will send you a copy.
PS. Brock did say the CT has more ground clearance so you can run the bike lower so that maybe where some of the et improvement came from, lower bike better 60'

In Brock's own words.
Is a completely new design, although it is based upon our existing proven technology.
The system is full titanium and not associated with Hindle whatsoever. It is designed by me here in the United States and manufactured in Japan to my specifications exclusively for Brock's Performance. We worked on this system four months and it required two trips from Japan and many Web conferences via Skype in addition to covert trips down the drag strip. I believe you will find that we really did our homework J. I believe the quality/fit/finish rivals Akro and TiForce….and I know we have much more ground clearance if you drag race.
It has more ground clearance than our generation three, alien head or Shortmeg systems. In fact, it has the most ground clearance physically possible using the stock ZX-14 oil pan and bodywork. The weight is identical to the alien head (8.9 lbs) but it is quieter due to the increased muffler volume, carbon fiber is relatively heavy and we have incorporated our “big cc spigot kit” which is manufactured from stainless steel. We installed it on Rickey's bike and he instantly picked up compared to the alien head. The new rules and super sport allow the shroud to be removed from around the drain plug, we have compensated for this additional clearance in addition to producing a shorter drain plug….The results were instant.
I have attached one of his time tickets from the commerce event….his front ½ numbers are SICK.
We have them in stock and they are on sale. The duals are in stock also.
Let me know if you have any questions.
BD
Brock,
I see Rickey has a short version of the CT on his bike now, did the bike pick any hp or performance by doing that like the Alien Head?
It's called a CT Meg and it is a production system. There is a small increase in peak power compared to the CT single…. but it sure does look cool.
It's so new that we haven't had the time to place it on our website yet.
We will also have conversion kits available for those who like this new look but may have already purchased a CT single.
The best news-- we have reduced the price on all of our titanium systems J. You now get quality and craftsmanship that rivals Akro, but with our Brocks Performance drag race power and attention to detail. We have increased ground clearance and cornering clearance and power compared to our stainless lineup.

I have a CT and a shortmeg in the garage right now. When I spoke with the sales department last week, I was told around Spring time for the new exhaust (the one on RG's bike). I was told that they did not yet have the new exhaust for sale.

I'm gonna ask a crazy question... With the astonishing increase, was there any changes in mapping done when switching from the Alien Head to this whole new (CT )system? Or are the gen 3 system maps, good for the new and hott shyt..... Shane did he send a map with that CT? And the bike that was tested was a 09. Did he test the pipe on his 06 Diary bike?
Everytime something new and improved comes out the price goes up crazy high. I wonder if Brock will ever get to the point where he is selling $2,000 exhaust systems. And I'm sure there are some out there that cost that much or close to it if I look hard enough, but I think its ridiculous..... Im done ranting. Still very interested in the above questions and the pipe.

I didn't request a new map yet. But I have some pics in my thread, and the differences in the pipe are subtle. The big plus is in ground clearance, imo....I'm not expecting a huge increase in hp. I'm only using the header, and having a custom muffler made. But I'll pass on what I see at the track.

In the SS class the ground clearance is 3in for the ZX14.... Do you think they actually lowered the SS bike after installing the new system? And Shane I know these qusetions should be directed to Brock, but I figured I'd ask. How much did they reduce the price on this system, its listed as $1595.00??? I will check your thread out.

I only bought the header and midpipe for my application. I don't know what they did on the SS bike...I doubt they lowered it at all. But that wasn't a factor in my decision, just the extra clearance and lighter weight.
