What are you using to compress the rear spring?
Or will the rings allow total decompression when loosened? I have a spring compressor but dont think it will fit in the coils.

I used spring compressors to tighten my spring. They will fit, but it isn't the safest way to do it (I don't know that way) if I remember correctly, I compressed the spring enough to take it off.

I work at a custom wheel shop and used the spring compressor that is normally used for cars.(lol) You should have seen the look on my co-workers faces when I was compressing that little spring, but it switched over no problem!!!!!

I ordered a racetech spring, but am probably just going to take my shock to one of the shops and have them do it. How much did you guys buy your busa springs for? I wasn't able to find one for under about $80.

The 08-09 busa spring is plenty stiff for you. Getting the shock out is easy and changing the spring isnt bad if you have the right spring compressor set. I didnt have the right set and it was hell when unmounting and remounting the Busa spring.

You just have to find a shop that has a spring compressor made for a car, that's what I used.
