Do you mean remove the shaft too Axel?
There is a position sensor on the end of it, so best to leave it alone or you will get error codes.

Yes i mean the Schaft
I believe that the shaft impede airflow. I want to remove only the shaft does not move the engine of the shaft.
Sorry for my English.

IMO the only thing I would do to it if you felt you needed that additional airflow would be to take the shaft out and grind it down to a 1/16" oval then reinstall. Guys have tried to remove it and ran into nothing but trouble trying to get that stupid sensor attached to the shaft to stop throwing trouble codes.

I have had the shaft removed for some time now on my engine. It works well and is making good power. The only difference is that my engine is in a racing car & I dont have the standard dash so I dont get errors on it. Regarding the sensor, I stuck mine fully open so that it permenantly reads fully open flies.

Ahh lucky devil! If we tried to do that alls we get is a flashing FI ERROR rendering our dash useless!

Yes the shaft motor is removed and diconnected.
What other people have done is remove the shaft from the throttle bodies but couple the secondary TPS to the stepper motor so that the ECU still thinks that everythibg is in place.

There is still a shft and plates on the primaries so I don't see removing the shaft on the secondaries being any benefit at all.

Yes that's right, because I want to install the Factorypro stacks, it is not much more work.
