Where ever you decide to order yours from make sure to ask if it comes with the hardwre for the lock assembly. I ordered mine from Schnitz Racing and had to wait to finish the install because they did not include everything. The install was not bad, take your time and read the directions, no where as easy as a busa I will say that.

Just an FYI but you will still rub the tiger tail. Just went through the same thing but with the TT at least it won't burn hole in it.

Depends on how the shock is set up. Mine does not rub, and it is fairly low:

And that is with a pretty tall tire, and I am 218 lbs. suited.

If it is hitting all of time, try some more preload. My bike has a Penske shock, but the principal is the same. The Tiger Tail has 1" of additional clearance at extended wheelbase.

Then again, if you ride passengers all of the time, or real bumpy roads, you may not be able to avoid it.

The reason I sais star racing is bc its cheaper than schnitz and doug is the easiest guy to work with. And yes, from them it comes with the hardware.

I don't know how the hot bodies fits the 14, but in 05 I was trying to get one for my 636 and I heard horror stories about hot bodies...

I believe that the hotbodies inner fender installs over top of the stock undertail. So, I'm not sure you would gain any clearance. I found the install instructions on their site somewhere, if I recall...

Definitely won't increase clearance for Tater's needs, though.

Looks like the tiger would be best for clearance

Tiger Creates huge inner fender well cavity for tire No sub frame to cut or grind Fits Stock to 10 inches over swingarm

you can buy suspension bumper that will stop the travel of your suspension when it gets
to that spot and you wont have that problem again
