it happen today
just living slowly from a stop i heard a small KLIC on the engine and a big shot of white or light blue smoke went from the exhaust .engine run well before and after what can it be.09 se 15000 KM on it yosh R77 motty afr tuner.thank

did it clear up right away? sounds like your tuner hiccuped and shot a big load of gas in there for an instant. what's your setup?

Well if it were white smoke ,that usually means water... not good! Blue means oil . Maybe loaded up on something . If the bike runs good now dont worry. Keep an eye on the oil level and you should be fine .

thanks for the fast replys.the bike never take a drop of oil since it is new and i dont ride it very hard (mostly touring)i just think about something:i just instal a KN air filter they supply a small tube of grease to put around the filter,i was in the heavy hot trafic wen it happen bike was hot is it possible that some grease went to the engine and make that smoke.thank

thats possible, also an over oiled filter, and high crankcase oil creating oil in the airbox will do this.

Damn, I was hoping for some real destruction leading to a major rebuild, always an excuse to upgrade. You guys are way too supportive!
