CT Duals with NOS??

Thinking about dumping the big bucks for a Brock's CT duals system. If I ever go with NOS some day, will this system be as good as an A-head? Does it matter?

If you do get it let me know, I would love to see the CT in person. Do you ever go down to union grove?

Not yet to da Grove but I can see no reason to not give it a whirl soon. I have leathers, they'll let me run. And it's cheap, I hear. 20-30$

I believe the CT systems will give you best overall performance. Nice bottom increase and amazing midrange with a little more on top than even an A-head. Only 2 more pounds for the whole system than the A-head. I'm sure you're not going to get the roar out of them that you will with an A-head and the A-head is the best looking pipe for the 14. All in all, the CTs will do everything though. I sure would like to find out about their compatability with NOS though because they cost too much to get rid of down the line.

Rook, call Brock's and ask one of the tech guys. They will get you on the right path.

Just did that. I emailed them and I got a pretty short answer in reply. "Yes, no problems there."

Despite the dyno chart, I'm having a hard time accepting that this is a race system that someone would run with nitrus. Seems like it should be a megaphone 4-2-1 instead of duals. Maybe it doesn't matter.

Been told by good authority that it makes no dif what exhaust you run nitrus with. CT duals will do just fine.

BTW, rich s, we should get together and burn up some road before the weather gets cold.

If you're talking the 5th & 6th of September, I'm going to be out of town with the kids. Weekend after that could work fine. Just send an email to dfayas@att.net.

Rook,

Looks like Saturday the 12th at Miller Park. I tried emailing you but it did not go through. Let me know if you can make it. This is all based on good weather of course.
