9K on spark plugs, about 4-5k with turbo
Changed my plugs and these are what came out. Very nice color and about no wear. I was pretty surprised expecting what with a very rich turbo setup I had thought they'd be sooted up some and blasted away.

I replaced with NGK 10's at .25 gap.

Well it helps to have small hands , and both left and right fairings have to come off. Should take no more than an hour ,maybe a little more time if you've never done it before. I got it down to less then 20min and all I do is loosen up the fairings. But like I said it helps to have small hands!

I think it took about 45 minutes. Having that bike kit spark plug tool is the right piece to use, as well as a very long needle nose pliar.
Pretty much unplug the coils wire, lift and siggle straight up on the coil, and its out. Plugs are a breeze after that.
