Rear sprocket

Puting a rear cog on and there is no mention in the manual of locktite on the nuts.
It looked like some white compound on the threads when removed.
The nuts look simillar to nylocks.
Should I use some Medium strength locktite?
I just want to get it right first time!
Thanks for any tips!

No need, those are low tension locknuts.
