looking to replace my stock chain how many links do i need
i have a 07 zx14 i need a new chain how many links should it be?

I believe chains come in 2 different links, it would be the shorter one and you will have to cut it to fit.

yes they come i 4 sizes the shop needs to know how many links. i posted on here becuase i thought someone has replaced there chain before

Can't the shop count how many links are in the stock chain?
Also, non O-Ring or an o-ring chain?
Stock gearing?
Stock length?
Stock ZX-14 chain is 116 links.

Mines 6 over and I used a 150 link and cut off the excess.

That's what I was thinkin...
I have never ordered a chain and it come to exact length.
To be exact, mark one link with a sharpie and count the links
