Bike will not stay running.
Yesterday I washed my bike then was going to go for a ride and it will not idle. If I give it some gas it will run but it is rough,like it is not firing on all 4. Water must went somewhere it shouldn't have. I checked the plugs where the Power Comander connects and they are dry. The only thing I found without going through 300 forum pages was about remapping.
I took some plastics off to see if I could get to the spark plugs to check them, haha. I think I need a manual. But I have been wanting to remove the flies for 2 years so I did it and I am going to remap anyway now. I just have to find the cable.
Any other ideas?

got a shop vac use the exhaust to get into the hard to reach places

Never thought ab a shop vac...
I washed the motor on my eclipse one time and done the same thing... Got water where spark plugs go. Its gonna be a pain in the rear to get to them on the 14, maybe a air comp and rig up a hose that you can bend to go down in the valve cover holes... Farmers use them to blow out the radiator of cotton pickers.

NOW I CAN RELAX.! I turned the idle up so it would run then with the motor running I remapped and it cleared up. I think the heat helped dry the water and I needed the NOSEC map anyway. Plus I am glad I removed the tank. The plastic just below of the tank/fuel pump was holding water. The pump was sumerged in water and was starting to rust. It was full of road grime and bugs clogging the drain, or what I think was a drain. I ran a drill bit down through it.
All is well.

Make sure you check your Power Commander ground as well. That can cause an intermittent issue.

Also, make sure that you set the TPS in software before you load the map - that can also cause issues if the settings aren't zero'd at idle and aren't 100% at WOT.
