shifting

I am wondering if clutchless shifting has long term effects? Also if anyone has any recomendations for shift kits, brand model etc... Thanks this forum is awesome saves everyone so much time and money, if your thinking it 100 other people already tried it!!!

If do right it will not hurt a thing ... The zx14 has the best trans out there , it's over built and strong as dirt .. You can a get Pro shift star and roller bearing if you like but i don't feel it's really needed ...

I have 11.5k on mine and I never use the clutch for full throttle upshifts. No problems here.
