I think I asked this question before but can you piggyback a Speedo healer to allow it to read the correct speedometer reading while you are bypassing the limiter...
I would like to get some information on how people use their Speedo healer on the ZX14.
For giggles and grins the first person to post a YOU TUBE video and has a PayPal account I will donate five dollars to the individual to put a video up on how to use a Speedo healer on a ZX14 !

The answer appears to be "No" because the feed from the ecu to the speedo on a ZX14 is a canbus.
How do I use it on my bike? I do top speed events, not quarters and on the street I leave it in the transparent mode since i am geared 17/40 which is nearly correct mph. On the track I don't look at the speedo so accuracy does not matter but I use the Speedo Healer to defeat the limiter by selecting the "convert kph to mph" mode to give plenty of headroom.

Thank you very much for your response..You are using the newest model speedo healer am I correct? Somewhere I did read that you could piggyback the newest units..

Putting Speedo Healers in series is not the problem but you will have to put one before the ecu and one after it to defeat the limiter and then re-correct for the speedo, if I understand your question. It may work on some motorcycles but not on the Kawasaki for the reason stated above.

i use mine set at -8% with stock gearing (17/41). this makes your speedometer accurate and kicks in the top speed limiter right at 200 which is about all she'll do with that gearing anyway. using the kph to mph conversion will eliminate the limter as mentioned above. the only disadvantage (if you call it that) is that it does make your odometer rack up 8% less miles when set up at -8%.
