Thanks Nooby and Douglas.... she's coming along pretty well for only Drag Racing since May of this year and you're right about being light-weight.... she's about 135 lbs. with the leathers and helmet.

We have a dyno session planned next week to get a base line on the bike and then we'll start systematically replacing the sprockets and chain along with a few other discrete mods so we can document any horsepower increases... AMA SuperSport Class here we come... well maybe one day she'll get to line up with Rickey Gadson.

Like I mentioned to the originator of this thread... the ZX14 is very capable.

The dragstrip is every second weekend here so getting alot of practice is kinda hard to do.I guess I will slowly progress, but on a brighter note I still faster than my buddy on his B king, and any other bike I have seen run there yet. I will just keep working on my launches and other aspects of it and my times should drop.

NewF14, how did you far against the new V-Max's you mentioned in your earlier post?

If there is anything we can do to help you improve, please ask. Forums such as ZX14.com have a wealth on information.

Good for you man, I got caught on mine last year and ever since that I have taken a new attitude as well. I save my speed for the dragstrip and only occasionally go fast on the street.

Thanks !!! We're happy at 124 lbs. and at 5'4" tall she's just right for Drag Racing.

The sponsor www.GraceUponGraceproductions.com is the website service that built and maintains our all female motorcycle group site called the Moto Divaz www.MotoDivaz.com and Ms. Tricia is a really great lady who supports Erica in all that she does in the field of Motocross and Drag Racing.

newf14 -- sounds like you could use a OSR cut oil pan -- if your bike is lowered and you start racing/or even for street riding-- our pans will save the headache of pushing the drainplug through.

email osrbikes@gmail.com if interested.
