Secret...
If you want to loose approx 38 lbs on your bike, you can replace the air in your tires with helium. You can get it at your local airgas company and you have to replace it every 3-4 days to work(depending on ambinet temp), but it could give you an edge!

TRY IT. You got to keep the pressure under 25 lbs per wheel. Any more takes away the effect.

Don't know about helium, decker, but I tried your mom once and I bet she lost at least 38lbs that night.
What about nitrogen - does it make sense to run that in bikes like we do with cars?
