Happy Father's Day Bikeland
Hope everyone is having a good Father's Day. I am working for a while today but later will go home for some much needed r&r with the wife and my two daughters. If you are lucky enough to have your father still around give him some props today. My Dad passed away in 1974 and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of him and how much he cared about me. I have some old pictures of him propping me up on a motorcycle before I could walk that are priceless. Someday I will get them scanned and post. I think he would be thrilled with the bikes we have today and would probably be riding still. He loved to tinker with cars, bikes, guns, telescopes, optics, and more. He loved family get togethers and they never were the same without him. I have friends that say they don't see eye to eye, or don't stay in touch with their Dads, at least they have a choice. Don't take your relationship with your Dad for granted and let him know you care today.(and have some fun!) Again, Happy Father's Day!

I lost my dad back in 1996 when I was 25 yrs old... he was my best friend too.

Hell don't take anything for granted, especially the ones you love, and those who care about you. Life marches on, and people pass on too.
The ppl true to your heart and well being, will be few and far between, and hard to come by.

Here in oz fathers day is celebrated later in the year, but ,like others here I lost mine.
He was an office worker ,not into motorsports, but was the best.
I wish he was here now as I am a much beter person thesedays and we would get on better than ever.
On the good side I'm on two weeks holiday with my mum staying with us and having a ball!
