Zx-14 Radiator
Hey guys i hit something in the road lastnigt and kocked a very small pin hole leak in my radiator. of course after under load the fluid squirts out. I was wodering in this repiarable. Also its bee a while since i have been on here i was trying to post in the classifieds with a WTB thread but seem unable to do so. Ihave a 2006 zx-14, can someone talk me through how to post in the classifieds. thanks

Sorry just found out how to post in the classifieds cna someone still help me to find out if radiators are repairable

any reputable radiator shop should be able to weld the hole shut, i would think. there have been other posts where this was accomplished. the cox radiator guard is inexpensive insurance against this type of problem. great fit and finish and they are a site sponsor as well, or at least they were at one time. great product!

A radiator shop will silver solder the cut in the water line. You will loose that cooling line
as it will be blocked off now. let us know how this works out and how much for the repair.

small rock holed mine.
I cleaned mine up with wire brush and a small tool pick, cleaned again with brake clean and pinched the hole slightly, pulled the fins back to get at it , then put JB weld on it.
10,000 miles on that repair with out any leaks... oh and I put a cox radiator guard on the bike asap..but not soon enough
