Does it work? seems to me that the bottle is on a angle that isnt very nitrous friendly, even more so when you launch.

I've had my zx14 when they first rolled out in 2006 with nitrous so I'm kind of familiar with the handling. I noticed no loss of power using the nitrous bottles in that angle..
Here's a video I posted on YOUTUBE bottles are in the same angle and no problems.

i guess, how well does that seat hold up when you have to heat up the bottle to get around 1000 psi?

I have several questions here:
1) What other sizes do these bottles come in, between 2 lb and 5 lb?
2) Approximately, what does a spare 2 lb bottle cost?
3) Approximately how much does it cost to fill a 2 lb bottle up?
4) About how many 1/4 mile runs can I expect off one 2 lb bottle before I have to refill?

2lb 2.5lb 5lb is totally different
2lb bottle can cost 100 to 150 dollars. NOS and NX bottles are the same size, nitrous direct, cold fusion and nitrous outlet are all different and a bit larger in size
nitous can cost 3 dollars to 5 dollars a pound
depends on how much you spray and how long you spray for. 3 is a safe number from a 2.5lb bottle.

3 1/4 mile runs is it??? Off a bottle?? Shiit... You would have to keep 5 bottles to run a weekend race.

all depends on how much you spray and how long you spray it.
or just bring a 20lb bottle and keep filling your 2 lb'er with it all weekend. thats what we do.

Yeah Compton, I know that all the different sizes are different but what I was asking, is what are all the other sizes the Nitrous bottle comes in between the 2lb and the 5lbs range. We know it comes in a 2.5lb, what is the next size bottle after that and so on up to 5lbs.
You're also saying that one 2lb bottle can cost $100 to $150? Damn, that's higher than I thought a bottle that size would cost.
What's the difference in Nos, NX, Nitrous direct, cold fusion and nitrous direct and which one of these sprays is more commonly used? I never heard of anything but the NOS. I didn't know that all these other sprays existed.

no i mean like a 10oz and 20oz and 2lb and 2.5lb are setup for motorcycle valve wise. there is no 3 or 4 lber
5lb and 10 and 15 and 20lb all have different valve setups and take a bit of fab work to get to work in a motorcycle.
yes, only bottle will cost 100 dollars (plus a 1/8th npt to -4an fitting for each bottle) or more.
NOS and NX use there own bottles and valves. nitrous direct, nitrous outlet cold fusion use co2 bottles with a nitrous valve on it. the bottles are just a little bit longer. like i can only use a 2.5lb'er from NOS in my swing arm, the other brands are too tall to fit.

With Nos, NX, Nitrous direct, cold fusion and nitrous direct, is there any advantage using one over the other?

not really, only thing is size really. with how my bike is lowered and with the mcintosh swing arm, i can only run a 2.5lb bottle from NOS.

is there an easy way to mount a 2.5 bottle on the stock swing arm. I run extensions so im sure i have the room, but how do you mount it on a stock swingarm?
