Here is the upper with everything fitted on it. it bolted right up but I did have to go buy some shorter self tapping screws. Mirrior holes line up perfect. I also installed all of the heat shields on the farings and put some extra on the lowers.

Well got most of the farings on. The tank want be back from the paint shop untill Tuesday so I can't put it all together. the farings are not perfect fit but it really was easy. mostly I just had to enlarge some holes in the farings and get some self tapping screws. It came with some black grills but I still have my red stock ones. Which one you think looks better? The chain is on and I have not lowered it with the adjustable dog bones yet. Getting close, real close. Total amount spent includeing the price of the wrecked bike is $3917 so far. Not bad for a project.

red

The red ones make the whole bike stand out more, but the black ones make it more stealth...depends what you prefer!

I would have to see it in person to make a final decision I think...

Looks real good, and damn good for that price!

Black...the red don't match in the pictures. And even the black could stand to be repainted gloss to match better. Not sure I like either option....but black would be the better of the two IMO. Bike is coming together nicely.

Gloss black the grill but make the fins the same color as the flames. That would set it off real nice.

The red grills match better when your looking at it in person. also the plastic cover that goes on in front of the tank has the same flames on it. I will get the black grills painted gloss also. Hope to take it to the track next weekend and test it out.
