Need Tuning Advice

Here's the scoop. Been spraying the bike awhile and decided to do valve springs and port the head over the winter. With stiffer springs I decided to go up from 50 to 65 hp on the jet. I am now using 114 oct mixed with 93 pump instead of just pump to combat detonation. Heres where it gets interesting, the bike makes more hp on the dyno but I just don't see any results on the track. Sixties are the same as last year and the ET"s seem to be the same as well. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Two things could be happening ... The use off 114 is killing some HP ...Not much you can do about that because with a 65 shot you need it ....

Second could be the ported head ..Just because you had it ported doesn't mean it will make more HP ... If you ported it and milled it for extra compression you may have picked up some HP ..But just porting and not milling it you may see no gain ..The zx14 head is very touchy and if ported the wrong way you may lose HP ..

105 105 should work just fine ..

I was using a 30 shot on mine with pump gas and ran my fastest pass that way ... I got worried about the 93 octane rating and switched to 101 and the bike slowed down a full tenth .. On Jesses zx14 we shot it with a 50 shot on 93 and never had a problem but running that much spray on 93 scares me ..
