Bike running like garbage: Need help

I am supposed to go drag racing tomorrow, and I was riding home tonight, and within 3 minutes, the bike goes from running great, to hardly running. I did a WOT pull to around 150, and I thought I noticed some hesitation, almost as if the bike was cutting out. I wasn't quite sure if I felt it or not. I had to make a turn so I slowed down. As I got back on the throttle (1/2-3/4 throttle), the bike was definitely stalling and popping. I was about 5 miles from my house, and I limped the bike home. By the time I got home, the bike was barely running, and WOT completely shut the bike off. I dynoed my bike today and it was running GREAT! I put in race fuel (VP u4.2) this morning, and burned almost all of it on the dyno. Then I filled up with 89 octane. I also added another 1 gallon of vp u4.2 about 20 mins ago when I first took off. Riding at like 25 mph, the bike was stalling, and spitting flames out the exhaust non-stop.

HELP

I just changed spark plugs less then 1k miles ago. I'm going to check the pcIII and make sure it's still grounded and connected, but other then that, I have no idea what is going on.

Mine did that once, thought it would be the ground on the pc3, after tearing all the plastic off it on the side of the road, and checking it was not the pc3 ground at all, sounded like a poor running tripple, and noticed #1 header pipe was fogged , or wet...?
Cleared up on its own after 15 minutes parked and cooling off... weird

I think #1 injector locked open, or else #1 coil was not firing
Never came back, so I never did really figure it out.

What was yours?

WTF are you talking about? That was 2 yrs and 5000 miles ago before tearing my bike apart for turbo/ motor / weight reduction build.
Issue never resurfaced.

I lowered my bike too far.... I didn't really want to tell anybody cause I feel like an idiot, but it ruined my rear fender and melted 2 wires together causing the bike to short out. I raised the bike back up and had to repair the 2 wires. It's fixed, but now I need a new fender.
Bike ran well and I made it to the semi-finals today drag racing. That was fun.
