Just finished up the 06 14 here is a pic



Bought 09 plastic, tore the whole bike down and had everything powdercoated gloss black. Put in vallve springs so I am thinking about going a bit bigger on the dry shot. Let me know what you guys think.

how much did the fairings cost you? i wouldn't mind doing the same thing to my 07 and having my wheels powder coated.

I bought all the plastics as well as the tank, and a bunch of other stuff. I then sold all my red stuff, I think when it was all said and done I had about $400.00 in it. I went with Carpenter springs. I would like to pull some timing and go from a 50 shot to like 80 or so. I jsut don't know if the rest of the motor will take it. Fuel pump, injectors, clutch, etc. While the head was off Bill Deshong at Porttech ported and polished the head. It ended up making 239 on spray on Ryans Dyno with just a Muzzys pipe.

Wow....only $400 to transform the outer to mimic a 09! Very cool! Outside of the 06 candy blue, that green is BOSS!!! IMHO
